Hunsbury Park Primary

Our science curriculum has been developed in order to incorporate subject knowledge and understanding as well as the scientific enquiry skills required in order to plan, carry out and evaluate a range of investigations. Pupils will be encouraged to question the world around them through observations, looking for patterns and taking accurate measurements in order to draw conclusions about their evidence. Communication of ideas through scientific language and illustrations will enhance their learning. All of this will be underpinned by the application of science to the world around us, as well as famous scientists past and present.

Keeping Safe at HPPS

When coming into HPPS please remember:

  • Visitors or staff who do not have full DBS clearance wear a YELLOW lanyard.  This means they are NOT allowed to work unsupervised with a pupil or group.
