Our School Values

We have six School Values that we all pay attention to and we live our lives in a way to be sure we consider all of the values in our daily life.

We always try to be sympathetic and show care and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others less fortunate than ourselves.

We try hard to show willingness to confront our problems, danger, uncertainty or intimidation and those things that worry us in a way that helps others at the same time.

We always try and follow our personal, moral and ethical convictions to do the right thing in all circumstances, even when no one is watching us.

We like to have the opportunity to be peaceful and to study in peace and quiet to help us learn more effectively throughout our school day.

We really care for and admire our friends no matter how young or old they are and for all people when they work with us or we meet them away from school.

We pay attention to the things we have to do, both for others and ourselves and we work hard to complete our work and fulfil our obligations.

Message from Head Teacher

Hello and welcome to the Hunsbury Park Primary School website!

Our inclusive ethos is always aspiring to an environment where children enjoy learning, develop confidence and experience success.

All children and adults are encouraged to demonstrate good behaviour and respect for each other in a culture that promotes thinking and learning.

We work hard to promote our school ethos 'Working together to be the best we can be.'

Whether you are an existing parent/carer, or new to our school, we hope that you'll find this website helpful with its wealth of information about what we do throughout the year.

Historically, Hunsbury Park Primary School opened in 1988 as Camp Hill Lower School and became a Community Primary School in September 2003. We have 14 classrooms, 5 shared practical areas, an ICT Suite, a Library, a hall and a studio (which can be combined to make one large room) and The Hive (our Designated Special Provision for Social, Emotional and Mental Health).

Thank you for visiting our website and we look forward to extending a warm welcome to you and your child.

Mrs Gail Barnshaw
