School SEND Partnership Offer 2024-2025 

We are thrilled to present our School SEND Partnership offer for the academic year 2024-2025, encompassing 61 primary and secondary schools across North and West Northamptonshire. This initiative represents a significant step forward in our commitment to inclusive education and support for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). 

As a Trust, we are excited about the opportunity to collaborate and share our collective SEND knowledge and expertise. By bringing together educators, specialists, and resources from across our network, we aim to create a robust support system that benefits all participating schools and, most importantly, the students we serve. 

Our comprehensive offer includes: 

  1. Specialist Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for staff, ensuring our educators are equipped with the latest strategies and best practices in SEND education. 
  1. Tailored workshops for parents, fostering a supportive home-school partnership and empowering families to better understand and support their children's needs. 
  1. Termly SENDCo Conferences featuring renowned SEND keynote speakers, providing valuable insights and the latest research in special education. 
  1. A new and exciting behaviour strand, including dedicated behaviour keynote speakers, addressing the crucial intersection of behaviour management and SEND support. 

Through this partnership, we aspire to create a community of practice where ideas are shared, challenges are addressed collectively, and innovative approaches to SEND education are developed and implemented. Our focus on both SEND and behaviour support ensures a holistic approach to meeting the diverse needs of our students. 

Together, we can make a lasting positive impact on the educational experiences and outcomes of students with special educational needs and disabilities across our region.
